With such confidence in the skill of our engineers we have decided to introduce an Extra Protection scheme for all chargeable customers from 1st December 2013.

Having paid in full for a repair by Correct Service your product will receive our 12 month Extra Protection cover.

Should the equipment fail again within this time you will not be expected to pay any further labour costs, even if the fault is totally unrelated to the last repair.

Terms and Conditions

  • Transport costs for further repairs in your home, or collected for workshop repair, will be covered for a period of 90 days only after the first repair. Beyond this, any further callout or product transportation will be chargeable (at a maximum of 36 inc. vat).

  • Transportation costs can be avoided if you bring the equipment to our workshops.

  • Extra Protection excludes retuning, customer product training, or if no fault is found when we visit.

  • If your product fails during the year of Extra Protection and additional parts are unavailable, or found to be beyond economical repair and you choose not to have the work done, the original repair charges cannot be refunded.
