Data Sharing We will not share your product information or personal data with any third party other than those deemed necessary to undertake the service we provide, such as:- a) Manufacturer of the product or its affiliates b) Warranty or extended warranty provider c) Insurance provider d) An associated technical specialist required to assist us with the repair e) Yourself
Data Security We have appointed a Data Protection Officer within our organisation to oversee data security and to ensure that the rules and regulations for data protection are adhered to. All electronic data retained by us in respect of your product and personal information will be held in a secure, encrypted and password protected manner. Such data will not be electronically accessible by any other person outside of our business. We will always seek confirmation from any of the required data sharing third parties shown above that your details are fully secure under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulations.
Your Rights During the inspection, repair process, or at any other time thereafter you have the following right to:- a) Request a copy of your product or personal data that we are storing electronically. b) Ask us to amend any of the data we retain about your product or personal information if you believe it to be incorrect or inaccurate. c) Ask us to delete and no longer retain any or all of your product and personal information. For any of the above cases please contact us in writing at our trading or registered company address, or by email to our appointed Data Protection Officer.
Data Breaches Should your product or personal data that we control be lost, stolen or otherwise breached, where this constitutes a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will contact you without delay. We will give you the contact details of the person who is dealing with the breach, explain to you the nature of the breach and the steps we are taking to deal with it.

Automated Decision Making and Profiling We do not use any system which uses automated decision making or profiling in respect of your personal data.
